Top 250 Favorite Films

I thought about choosing my top 100 favorite films. Wasn't happening. So i went with my top 250 favorite films. A couple of clarifications:

- These are not my choices for the best films, just my favorites.
- They are listed chronologically, nothing to do with favorite to least favorite.
- I didn't put a ton of initial thought into this. My plan is to update this anytime i realize i left something out, or anytime i see a new movie that belongs here. When i update it, I'll include a note with the date, what got removed, and what got added.
